"Winston" is Lost

Winston went missing on 8/5/11, was found, given to NYPD and given falsely to three black women (African or Caribbean American) driving a black four door sedan with Virginia license plates.  He has been missing since that time.  Winston is a one year-old West Highland Terrier.   He has skin allergies, recently recovered from papilloma, and has a healing scar from the papilloma on his inside back right hind leg.  We are hoping he will eventually make it to a Vet.  If there is any way that you can spread the word to your affiliated Veterinarians we would be so, so grateful.
