Kimberly Mugno, Practice Manager

Kimberly Mugno, Office Manager of Animal Hospital at Brier Creek, is from Branson, Missouri.  Most of her career was spent working in hospitality management, but then Kimberly realized that her true passion was working with animals.  She has a “spoiled” six year- old Corgi mix named Topsey, as well as an assortment of dogs that she fosters through Second Chance Pet Adoption.  Kimberly stays very busy, even in her “spare time”, with Rick, Topsey, and her two step-children, Nicole and Matthew.   She loves to collect anything with the character Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh, as well as spending time scrapbooking and reading.

Kristin Wagner, Customer Relations Specialist

Kristin Wagner is one of our Customer Relations Specialists.   She has been working at the Animal Hospital at Brier Creek since the beginning of August, 2010.  Kristin attended Western Michigan University studying to be an Interior Designer, but found that her greatest interest is in working with animals.  In 2007 Kristin, her husband and two dogs, Allie, a Beagle/hound mix, and Lucky, a Boxer/Shepard mix, moved to North Carolina.  Kristin enjoys participating in local triathlons, and loves taking her dogs to Unstead Park to go hiking.

Alicia Pitcher, Veterinary Nurse

Alicia Pitcher is one of our Veterinary Nurses.  She moved to Kernersville in 2000, and is currently in school studying to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.  Alicia spends her free time with Jonathan, her boyfriend of five years, and her three year-old Pomeranian named Ziggy.  Alicia is interested in music, played flute in high school music, and now enjoys playing guitar.

Jade Davis, Veterinary Nurse

Jade Davis is a Pre-Vet Major at North Carolina State University who does part-time veterinary nursing for our hospital.  She began with Animal Hospital at Brier Creek before we opened, as a volunteer.  Jade was a little shy at first, but now is capably helping anywhere she is needed around the hospital.  Jade works with us on Saturdays and whenever her school schedule allows.
